Pork Chops with Mint Sauce

1 pork chop per person
olive oil
garlic
Mint Sauce (for 2 pork chops):
Handful Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 finely chopped garlic glove
handful of fresh mint
sesame seeds
salt (I like to use fleur de del)
freshly ground pepper to taste
Special Tricks we should know: DON'T overcook the pork.
Instructions:
Panfry or grill your porkchops, just the way you like it. Mix the mint sauce ingredients all together in a blender or by hand. Once the pork chops are ready - spread the mint sauce and serve.
