__Tom's Barbeque Salmon__
This recipe belongs to my daughter's friend Tom Dyck and is good for family barbeques.
Name: Norma Stewart
Ingredients
One whole salmon
Mixture
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
5-6 drops of tabasco
3 tbsps of parmesan cheese
2 green onions - chopped
seasoning - salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the salmon in half length-wise
Prepare mixture
Place salmon skin side down on tin foil (shiny side in)
Layer mixture thinly on top of salmon
Turn on one side of barbeque and put fish on the other side (indirect heat)
Cook for 20 minutes
