WHY JUSTLIKEMOM?

This wiki is for all you food lovers who love a good old-fashion home cooked meal! Just the way mom makes it! YUM-MY! MMM-M!

This site is all about sharing information about food, drinks...okay, and anything else you want really. I'm not picky. Have a good Sangria recipe, share it. A grocery list of items and what I can make from it. Share it. This wiki is yours!

WHAT THE? HOW DOES THIS WORK?

This is an open source site where you can share, make additions to and find recipes. I strongly encourage that you contribute your favourite recipe, whether it be your mom's specialty, your dad's...or your next door neighbour's....heck, it could be some crazy concoction you put together one fine evening. Just make sure the end result is DE-LIC-IOUS!

STEP 1: Please email mtampoya@gmail.com and I will send you the password.

STEP 2: With the password in hand, you are free to EDIT a page or CREATE a new page.

If you are creating a recipe, please choose the recipe format when creating a page.

STEP 3: Make sure you are having a good ol' fashion time.

WHO IS JUSTLIKEMOM?

You all are part of this wiki...if you want to be.

DON'T FORGET TO:

  • Add yourself to Wearing Aprons. I may need to call you if my kitchen blows up!
  • Link your recipe to the other sections. (You can do this by EDITing the section page)
  • Share a good news article you think fellow chefs would enjoy!

MAKING CHANGES & ADDITIONS:

I strongly encourage you make an addition or change to a recipe that may be beneficial to other cooks. I would strongly suggest that you make an addition opposed to a change, just so the original recipe stays intact. Make changes like, other ingredients you can use if you can't find what is available. How to make the dish sugar-free...and so on...Password is found on the sidebar.

HELP ME!

If you have any questions at all about how to do this and are too lazy to read the instructions, don't hesitate to drop me a line at mtampoya@gmail.com
